Erinn A. Fitzpatrick

Erinn is an associate at Valin Partners.  Her practice includes family law (including private adoptions) as well as wills and estates.  She regularly appears as counsel before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.

Erinn obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and English Literature at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.  Her studies in philosophy also took her to the University of Havana, Cuba, for a course in Development Ethics. 
Erinn later obtained her Bachelors of Law from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University, where she was granted an entrance scholarship, and was awarded the David Sabbath Prize in Legal Imagination. Erinn was an active member of the Queen’s Law community, and volunteered extensively at a local women’s shelter as well as at Kingston Penitentiary.
Erinn was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2008.
In addition to practicing law, Erinn has been an active participant in Relay for Life since 2004, and currently sits as a Director on the Board of Directors of the North Bay Humane Society. She enjoys synchronized skating, travel, and theatre.
 
Erinn maintains professional memberships in the Nipissing Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
